Noelle Williams Inducted into Gold Humanism Honor Society


Headshot of Noelle WilliamsThe Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson would like to congratulate Noelle L. Williams, MD, who has been selected for induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society Resident Chapter of Thomas Jefferson University.

The Gold Humanism Honor Society recognizes students, residents, and faculty who are exemplars of compassionate patient care and who serve as role models, mentors, and leaders in medicine. Currently, the Honor Society has more than 25,000 members in training and practice.

Williams is a resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology, where she is also a Jefferson Digital Health Fellow as part of a program between the Sidney Kimmel Medical College and Jefferson’s Information Systems & Technology Department. She earned her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, followed by an internship at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.

Her clinical and research interests include electronic patient-reported outcomes, virtual reality patient education, gynecologic and prostate cancer brachytherapy, and immunotherapy in combination with radiotherapy.
